Registration fee is $500.00 for Physicians.
Physician registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception for registrant and one (1) guest, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to bring guests to the clambake: tickets for the clambake dinner can be purchased in advance of the meeting via the registration page.
Registration fee is waived for Fellows (individual must indicate name of training program and abstract/presentation focus to register for this group). This registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to bring guests to the clambake: tickets for the clambake dinner can be purchased in advance via the registration site.
This ticket is reserved for members of the meeting committee. If you plan to bring guests to the clambake, please be sure to purchase tickets in advance so we have an accurate count. The cost is $110 per adult guest and $25 per youth guest (14 and younger).
The fee to be a Premier Sponsor is $6000.00. Premier Sponsorship includes full participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and clambake dinner for four (4) adults. Premier Sponsorship also includes:
• 15-minute presentation during Thursday or Friday morning session
• Company logo on printed meeting materials and signage
• Company logo and URL on meeting website and select email communications
• Post-meeting attendee information
Premier Sponsors who wish to send additional representatives may purchase add-on badges for $1,500/representative.
The fee to be a Participating Corporate Partner is $3000.00. Participating Corporate Partnership includes full participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and clambake dinner for two (2) adults. Participating Corporate Partnership also includes:
• 10-minute presentation during Thursday or Friday morning session
• Company logo on select printed meeting materials
• Company logo and URL on meeting website
Participating Corporate Partners who wish to send additional representatives may purchase add-on badges for $1,500/representative.
The fee to be a Corporate Partner is $1,500.00. Corporate Partnership includes full participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and clambake dinner for one (1) adult. Corporate Partnership also includes:
• Company logo on select printed meeting materials
• Company logo and URL on meeting website
This ticket option is reserved for Premier Sponsors and Participating Corporate Partners seeking to purchase an add-on badge supplemental to those included in the sponsorship packages. Cost for the corporate add-on badge is $1,500 per registrant and advanced authorization is required. Please confirm eligibility with our meeting coordinator, Laura Melanson (nantucketretina@gmail.com) prior to purchasing an add-on badge.
