Nantucket Retina 2023

Since its first meeting in 1986, Nantucket Retina has provided an informal forum for active, open, and innovative discussions between junior members of the retina community and senior retina specialists, joined by a select group of talented representatives from companies with vitreoretinal expertise.

A Message from the Meeting Organizers

We are thrilled to reconvene on beautiful Nantucket in Summer 2023 for the 37th annual meeting of Nantucket Retina. We hope you'll join us July 19-21, 2023, at The Nantucket Hotel + Resort​! For those unfamiliar with The Nantucket Hotel, it is an incredible venue with luxury accommodations, the island's best meeting space, award-winning hospitality, and tons of kid-friendly amenities--all conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nantucket. This will be our second time hosting the meeting at The Nantucket Hotel and we couldn't be more excited to continue the tradition. 

To ensure the most engaging and lively exchange of ideas, the format of the meeting will provide for physician and fellow participants to present a 15-minute talk on an interesting aspect of retinal diseases. The focus may be original scientific work, a case report, experience with a new surgical technique or instrument, or even a straightforward thematic question of interest. As is tradition, the organizing committee will work together in the weeks leading up to the meeting to review and organize registrants' abstract and title submissions and will structure the program to provide plenty of time for lively discussion around each topic. In order to keep this meeting small and informal, participation is limited to 60 registrants.
