Please keep in mind that Nantucket is one of the country's most popular summer vacation destinations for families and travelers of all ages, so travel and housing reservations should be made well in advance.

Each participant is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Getting to the Island

By Ferry

While there are a variety of high-speed passenger ferry options, automobile reservations on the Steamship Authority Ferry ​need to be booked well in advance:

• Hy-Line Cruises​ High-speed ferry from Hyannis, MA
• Seastreak ​High-speed ferry from New York City, NY, Highlands, NJ, and New Bedford, MA 
• Steamship Authority ​High-speed and traditional car ferry from Hyannis, MA

By Air (Nantucket Memorial Airport​)

If flying is most convenient for you, numerous commercial airlines now provide year-round or seasonal service to the island, including but not limited to:

• American​
• Cape Air ​
• Delta ​
• Jet Blue​
• United​

Staying on the Island

This year will be our first time hosting the meeting at The Nantucket Hotel​, and we have secured a limited number of rooms for meeting participants who wish to stay onsite. The Nantucket Hotel is an incredible venue with luxury accommodations, the island's best meeting space, award-winning hospitality, and tons of kid-friendly amenities--all conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nantucket. Because summer on Nantucket is an extremely busy time for tourists and seasonal residents, meeting registrants are encouraged to be prepared to look into other lodging options​, of which there are plenty: boutique hotels, charming inns, bed and breakfasts, and rental properties, including many affordable options through Airbnb​ and Vrbo​.
