Physician/Attending

Registration fee is $500.00 for Physicians.
Physician registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception for registrant and one (1) guest, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to attend the Friday evening dinner and/or to bring guests to the clambake: tickets for both events can be purchased in advance of the meeting via the registration page.

Fellows in Training

Registration fee is waived for Fellows (individual must indicate name of training program and abstract/presentation focus to register for this group). This registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to attend the Friday evening dinner and/or to bring guests to the clambake: add-on tickets for both events can be purchased in advance via the registration site.

Corporate Sponsor

Registration fee is $6000.00 for Corporate participants. Corporate registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception, clambake, and Friday evening dinner for four (4) adults. Additional corporate participants will incur a $1,500 fee per person (price includes participation for one (1) company rep at the meeting, welcome reception, clambake, and Friday evening dinner. Guests (family/friends) are welcome to attend, but additional fees apply. Tickets for clambake and Friday evening dinner guests can be purchased in advance via the registration page.

Meeting Organizer

This ticket is reserved for members of the meeting committee. If you plan to bring guests to the clambake, please be sure to purchase tickets in advance so we have an accurate count. The cost is $110 per adult guest and $25 per youth guest (14 and younger). Friday dinner is $110 per person and you can purchase those tickets via the registration page as well.

All physician/fellow registrants must pay the additional fee to attend Friday evening dinner. Friday evening dinner for four (4) adults is included in the corporate sponsor fee.

Corporate Sponsor: Add-on Badge

This ticket option is reserved for corporate sponsors seeking to purchase an add-on badge supplemental to the four badges included in our standard sponsorship package. Cost for the corporate add-on badge is $1,500 per registrant and advanced authorization is required. Please confirm eligibility with our meeting coordinator, Laura Melanson (nantucketretina@gmail.com) prior to purchasing an add-on badge.
