Registration fee is $500.00 for Physicians
Physician registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception for registrant and one (1) guest, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to attend the Friday evening dinner and/or bring guests to the clambake (see ticket types)

This ticket is reserved for members of the meeting committee. If you plan to bring guests to the clambake, please be sure to purchase tickets in advance so we have an accurate count. The cost is $110 per adult guest and $25 per youth guest (14 and younger). Friday dinner is $110 per person and you can purchase those tickets prior to checkout as well.
Registration fee is $6000.00 for Corporate participants
Corporate registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception, clambake, and Friday evening dinner for four (4) adults.
Additional corporate participants will incur a $1,500 fee per person (price includes participation for one (1) company rep at the meeting, welcome reception, clambake and Friday evening dinner.) Guests (family/friends) are welcome to attend, but supplemental clambake and Friday evening dinner fees are required (see ticket types)
Cost per adult guest (age 15 and older) is $110 for clambake dinner
Cost per child (age 14 and under) is $25
The cost of this event is $110 per person. All physician/fellow registrants must pay fee to attend Friday evening dinner.
Friday evening dinner for four (4) adults is included in the corporate registration fee.
