Physician registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception for registrant and one (1) guest, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to bring guests to the clambake: tickets for the clambake dinner can be purchased in advance of the meeting via the registration page.
Standard registration fee is $700.00 for Physicians when paying with check or bank transfer. A 3.5% fee ($24.50) will apply for tickets purchased with credit card to offset processing costs. Fellows in Training
This registration includes participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and one (1) clambake dinner for the registrant. Additional fees apply to bring guests to the clambake: tickets for the clambake dinner can be purchased in advance via the registration site.
Registration fee is waived for Fellows. However, you must indicate the name of your current training program and note the focus of your proposed presentation to qualify for this group. If registering as a fellow, please be prepared to provide this information to our meeting coordinator upon request.
Premier Sponsor
Ticket Capacity: 4 attendees
Premier Sponsorship includes full participation in the meeting, welcome reception, and clambake dinner for four (4) adults. Premier Sponsorship also includes:
• 15-minute presentation during Thursday or Friday morning session • Company logo on printed meeting materials and signage • Company logo and URL on meeting website and select email communications • Post-meeting attendee information
Premier Sponsors who wish to send additional representatives may purchase add-on badges for $2,000/representative.

Participating Corporate Partner

Corporate: Add-on Badge
This ticket option is reserved for Premier Sponsors and Participating Corporate Partners seeking to purchase an add-on badge supplemental to those included in the sponsorship packages. Cost for the corporate add-on badge is $2,000.00 per registrant when paying with check or bank transfer, and advanced authorization is required. A 3.5% fee ($70.00) will apply for tickets purchased with credit card to offset processing costs.
Please confirm eligibility with our meeting coordinator, Laura Melanson (nantucketretina@gmail.com) prior to purchasing an add-on badge. If you are NOT paying with a credit card, please ask Laura to provide you the appropriate discount code to remove the credit card processing fee.
Meeting Organizer
This ticket is reserved for members of the meeting committee. If you plan to bring guests to the clambake, please be sure to purchase tickets in advance so we have an accurate count. The cost is $200.00 per guest and $50.00 per youth guest (14 and younger, assuming no lobster).
Clambake: Adult Guest (15 years+)
Cost per adult guest (age 15 and older) is $200.00 for clambake dinner when paying with check or bank transfer. A 3.5% fee ($7.00) will apply for tickets purchased with credit card to offset processing costs. Clambake: Youth Guest (up to 14 years - no lobster)
Cost per child (age 14 and under) is $50.00 when paying with check or bank transfer. If your young guest(s) will be having lobster, please purchase the regular-priced ticket. A 3.5% fee ($1.75) will apply for tickets purchased with credit card to offset processing costs.
